Sacred Grinds (Mid-City New Orleans, LA, USA)

I've been on a coffee hunt in New Orleans, and sadly to say - I haven't found much.  Maybe I haven't exactly had the time to explore the city much yet, but there are definitely less cafes than I had expected.  One decent cafe I found was Sacred Grinds, a cafe attached to an herb shop.  Is it bad if I say this store has a hippie vibe?  I rather like it, actually, with all their statuettes and art deco...

The coffee was aromatic and not acidic at all, and they even give you an extra shot!  Though the coffee isn't specially sourced or roasted in house, their coffee is decent.  Though they don't quite acknowledge you when you want to make an order, they're laid back and friendly for the most part.  If I remember correctly, they also serve tea and smoothies.  Though the coffee wasn't bad, the location is a bit out of the way (by the cemetery, so unless you're in the area, I wouldn't go out of my way to procure a latte.
