Madtongsan III (Eight Mile Plains, QLD)

This week is my last week of training at Greenslopes before I return to the motherland [Taiwan] to feast on the delicious of delicious (haha that doesn't make sense), so I decided to take this opportunity to visit my friend who lives nearby.  Since Madtongsan seems to be so popular, and I had tried the one in the city, I decided to give this one a chance.

The interiors are definitely more attractive than Madtongsan II in the city, and felt more Korean.  The waitresses weren't the warmest, but they let us change to sofa seating like we requested.  I got the Spicy Beef with Rice (11.9), while my friend got the Spicy Beef Soup, which was indeed spicy!  Both were really tasty, and the texture of the latter was definitely good.  Their prices are decent, and the dishes are flavorful (maybe a little salty for me) and perfect for those who love flavor.  My experience at Madtongsan III was definitely better than II, as the Bibimbap and the Bulgogi BBQ I had at the latter wasn't all that impressive.
This is a place I would return to, except for the fact that it's nowhere near me.  For those in the Sunnybank region, this place really isn't too bad!
